We do not offer refunds or store credit for books, card decks, crystals, plants, or other similar items.

Jewelry Returns

Non-custom jewelry

 Store credit may be issued for unworn jewelry if you contact us within 7 days of purchase. To initiate a return for store credit, please email mountainairminerals@gmail.com before sending the item back.

Custom Jewelry

There is no refund/return on custom designed pieces. However, as the creator of your custom jewelry, I strive to provide you the best design experience and want you to be absolutely satisfied with your custom designed piece. If you are not completely satisfied please contact me at mountainairminerals@gmail.com immediately so we can resolve any issues with your order. 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

All sale items including those purchased from our live sales are final and cannot be returned.
